Questions Pool Owners Ask
When are the Blue Science phones answered in the DFW Metroplex?
Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm. Calls are answered every time during those hours, and any voicemail outside them is returned the same business day by the Flower Mound office.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
The same business day. Contact form messages and voicemails from the DFW Metroplex both go to the Flower Mound team, who call back to confirm the pool, the city, and the next step, whether that is a weekly service start date or a visit for something that is not working.
What should I include in my message?
Your city, the kind of pool, and what you need: weekly service, a repair, a leak, or a project. A photo of the equipment pad or the problem helps the team route it to the right technician on the first call. The DFW Metroplex conditions such as hard water, spring pollen, and July heat are already part of how we plan the visit.
