When are the Blue Science phones answered on the Emerald Coast?
Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm. Calls are answered every time during those hours, and any voicemail outside them is returned the same business day by the Panama City office.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
The same business day. Contact form messages and voicemails from the Emerald Coast both go to the Panama City team, who call back to confirm the pool, the city, and the next step, whether that is a weekly service start date or a visit for something that is not working.
What should I include in my message?
Your city, the kind of pool, and what you need: weekly service, a repair, or a project. A photo of the equipment pad or the problem helps the team route it to the right technician on the first call. The Emerald Coast conditions such as Gulf salt, sugar sand, and rental turnover are already part of how we plan the visit.
