Good to Know Before You Start
Clear expectations make weekly service work better
Filter cleaning is separate. Most filters require periodic professional cleaning. See filter-cleaning details and pricing starting at $179.
Starting condition matters. Initial cleanup, startup treatment, neglected water, or nonworking equipment may require additional approved work.
Your pool still needs your attention. Maintain the correct water level and let us know about unusual water loss, structural changes, or equipment behavior.

Questions Heath Pool Owners Ask
What does the partial pool service plan cover?
The chemistry, brushing, circulation checks, skimmer and pump baskets, filter pressure, and a look over the equipment every week, with a photo report after each visit. You handle the netting and vacuuming between visits.
Who is the partial plan right for?
Owners who do not mind netting and vacuuming but want the water chemistry and the equipment watched by a professional every week. It is also a good fit for pools with a robotic cleaner that handles the floor.
Can I move up to the full plan later?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no contract, so a change to full service takes effect on the next visit. Many partial-plan customers move to full service for the summer and back in the off-season.
